Found a bug? We want to know about it. Your reports help us make Cyberlian better for everyone.

What is a Bug?

A bug is any unexpected behavior or error in the platform. This includes:

  • Pages not loading correctly
  • Buttons or links not working
  • Features not functioning as described
  • Visual glitches or layout issues
  • Errors in lesson content
  • Performance issues

How to Report a Bug

Include as much information as possible to help us identify and fix the issue quickly:

  1. Describe the bug — What happened? What did you expect to happen?
  2. Steps to reproduce — What did you do before the bug appeared?
  3. Browser & device — Chrome, Firefox, Safari? Mobile or desktop?
  4. Screenshots — If possible, include a screenshot or screen recording.
  5. Console errors — Open Developer Tools (F12), check the Console tab, and copy any errors.
  6. User ID — Your user ID (optional, but helpful for debugging).

How to Submit a Report

Send your bug report to cyberlians@gmail.com with the subject line: Bug Report: [Brief Description]

What Happens Next?

  • We'll acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.
  • We'll investigate the issue and prioritize it based on severity.
  • We'll keep you updated on the status of the fix.
  • Once fixed, you'll be credited in our release notes (with your permission).

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly. Do not share it publicly. Email us at cyberlians@gmail.com with details, and we'll work quickly to fix it.
