Welcome to the Cyberlian Help Center. Here you'll find everything you need to get started with our cybersecurity training platform.

How do I sign up?

Click the Sign Up button on the homepage or go directly to auth/sign-up.html. You'll need a valid email address to create your account.

How do I purchase a plan?

After signing up, visit the Plans page to choose your learning path. All plans are one-time purchases with access for 60 or 90 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Paystack, which supports debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.

Learning & Progress

How do I access my lessons?

Once you have an active plan, log in and go to your Dashboard. Your lessons will appear in the sidebar on the left.

What is the Offensive/Defensive split?

Each lesson has both Offensive and Defensive sections. The Offensive side teaches you attack techniques, while the Defensive side teaches you protection strategies. Both are essential for a complete cybersecurity education.

How do I track my progress?

Your progress is automatically tracked. Completed lessons are marked with a green checkmark in the sidebar, and your overall progress percentage is shown at the top of the curriculum.

What happens when I complete all lessons?

After completing all lessons in your tier, you can request a certificate. The admin will verify your completion and issue your Cyberlian certificate.

AI Mentor

What is the AI Mentor?

The AI Mentor is an artificial intelligence assistant that helps you understand cybersecurity concepts, explains complex topics, and answers your questions about the lessons. It's available exclusively to users with active plans.

How do I use the AI Mentor?

Click the orange AI Mentor button on your dashboard (bottom right corner). A chat window will open. Type your question and the AI will respond with helpful information.

What can I ask the AI Mentor?

You can ask about cybersecurity concepts, lesson content, career advice, or any related topic. The AI is trained to help you learn effectively.

Certificate & Verification

How do I earn a certificate?

Complete all lessons in your tier, then request verification from your certificate page. The admin will contact you for a brief verification process.

How can others verify my certificate?

Each certificate has a unique ID and a verification link. Anyone can verify your certificate by visiting the Certification Verification page and entering your certificate ID.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?

Can I change my display name?

Yes, you can change your display name on your Profile page. This name will appear on your certificate.
