Terms of Service

Welcome to Cyberlian. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Cyberlian platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cyberlian.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Payment & Access

  • All plans are one-time payments with access for 60 or 90 days.
  • Access expires after the specified duration. You may renew by purchasing again.
  • There are no automatic recurring charges or subscriptions.
  • Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your payment details.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the lessons.

4. Content

  • All lesson content, videos, code, and materials are the property of Cyberlian.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share Cyberlian content with others.
  • You may use the code snippets for personal learning and projects.
  • Cyberlian reserves the right to update or modify content at any time.

5. User Conduct

  • You must use Cyberlian for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • You may not impersonate other users or create multiple accounts.
  • You may not use the AI Mentor for inappropriate or offensive queries.

6. Certificate

  • Certificates are issued after completing all lessons and passing verification.
  • Certificates are unique and can be verified by anyone using the verification system.
  • Cyberlian reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraud is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Cyberlian name, logo, and brand are the property of Cyberlian.
  • All lesson content is copyrighted and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use Cyberlian's branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • Cyberlian may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to lessons and all content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cyberlian is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberlian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cyberlian constitutes acceptance of any changes.
